Go here if you want to read my review of You Again in a recent Urban Tulsa. File it under the scathing category as I didn't like this comedy at all. I didn't come close to cracking a grin.

It might be pretty funny to set up a camera that films the audience during such a movie, then show it parallel.
So - I don't know if you are allowed to give endings away? I haven't seen this, but I'd be terribly interested by which formulaic device they solve the problem. Do things escalate and Joanna has a true insight into the damage her bullying has done? Or does Marni almost turn into a bully herself in her desire to prevent the wedding, and then they both have insights? Surely there must be insights. And they probably happen not very far removed from "I do" time, do they?
Ding ding ding. You are the winner Eva! Just like you said, Marni turns into a bully, Joanna realizes the shame of her actions, they have a weepy-weepy moment and all live happily ever after.
